John and Jane Lynch, met Country Property team back in 2010, they were willing to settle from Uk to Spain, their dreamed was building up a straw bale house with a wood structure. 

We helped John to find the best spot and now they are finishing to build their own home. We helped them with administration, building license and all the bureaucracy dealing, they did the building with a technical surveyor supervision. 

They are doing a fantastic job! Congratulations for your lovely old manor house.
